OPERATION PREDATOR ARRESTS MADE

Specialist officers, using CRC Technology, began an investigation into criminals trading child sexual abuse material – CSAM.
The officers were able to successfully apply for search warrants in connection with images and videos of children being sexually assaulted. This CSAM was being shared in unregulated spaces on the Internet. Two men aged 37 and 42 were arrested in connection with this case, codenamed Operation PREDATOR.
Digital forensics specialists will analyze the electronic devices taken during the search warrants to establish the full extent of the crimes committed against children.
