For Immediate Release

BOCA RATON, Fla. (February 12, 2025) – Child Rescue Coalition (CRC) will feature Harrison Haynes, a leading voice in digital safety and mental health advocacy, as the guest speaker for the 8th Annual “Tech with Heart” Gala. The event will take place on Saturday, March 8, 2025, from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm at the Opal Grand Oceanfront Resort & Spa, located at 10 N Ocean Blvd, Delray Beach, FL 33483. The evening includes a sophisticated dinner, cocktails, live and silent auctions, and an after-party. Proceeds from the gala will directly support CRC’s innovative technology and law enforcement training programs to rescue children from online sexual exploitation and abuse.

“Protecting children in online spaces is a vital issue that requires our constant attention,” said Harrison Haynes. “By bringing these challenges into the light, we can empower parents, educators, and communities to take actionable steps toward creating a safer digital world. I admire the work Child Rescue Coalition does to ensure that every child can experience the online world without fear.”

Haynes, a social work student at James Madison University, combines personal experience with professional advocacy to bring much-needed attention to the dangers lurking in digital spaces. His own journey, including overcoming online grooming, led him to become a policy consultant for End-OSEAC Coalition. Haynes educates youth on the harms of online exploitation, promotes trauma-informed policies, and encourages mindful technology use through his concept of “digital intentionalism.” His upcoming book, The Moments Between Moments, delves into the emotional impact of digital dependence and offers guidance on creating healthier online habits.

“By collaborating, innovating, and committing together, we can create a safer online environment for every child,” said Carly Yoost, founder of Child Rescue Coalition. “Harrison’s firsthand knowledge of the online risks faced by children and his dedication to spreading awareness make him a powerful speaker for this year’s Tech with Heart Gala.”
