Child Rescue Coalition’s Technology played an important part in the arrest of 41-year-old Wayne Kenneth Dare. This dangerous predator confessed to having received child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and possessing it. He told officers he had been viewing child sexual abuse material since 2009.

“Agents found 1,236 images and 488 videos of child sexual abuse material. Some of the images depicted toddlers and sadistic and masochistic conduct. At least two of the videos were over an hour long.”
