  • December 9, 2014

Attorney General Tom Horne announced the sentencing of Christopher John Clark, of Mesa, AZ, for possession and distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) involving minors under 15.

A search of Clark’s home on March 19, 2013, uncovered a computer with illegal images and videos. CRC Technology was key to the investigation and arrest. Clark confessed to downloading the material.

Clark was indicted on multiple counts and pleaded guilty to two. On November 25, 2013, he was sentenced to 12 years in prison, lifetime probation, and must register as a sex offender.
