On July 11, 2023, members of the South Florida ICAC Task Force executed a search warrant at the property of Alexander Ferreira in Pompano Beach, FL. On-scene forensics were conducted on Ferreira’s laptop and over 60 files of child sexual abuse were found. The files showed children as young as four years of age being abused. Eight electronic items belonging to Ferreira were seized and are pending further forensic examination. Ferreira was arrested on-scene and subsequently charged with 10 counts of “Possession of Child Pornography” and one count of “Compiling Child Pornography.”
