Quebec Law Enforcement Arrests 22 Men in Major Child Exploitation Operation with CRC Technology Support

  • November 7, 2025

Child Rescue Coalition commends Quebec law enforcement for a major operation that led to the arrest of 22 men, aged 18–70, for crimes involving the sexual exploitation of children online.

From November 3–7, over 150 officers carried out 26 coordinated searches, seizing computer equipment for analysis. Twenty of those arrested have appeared in court facing charges of possession, distribution, and access to child abuse material.

Lieutenant Katherine Guimond of the Sûreté du Québec highlighted the power of collaboration:

“This joint approach by various police forces strengthens efforts to combat the sexual exploitation of children on the internet.”

The arrests involved multiple agencies, including Montreal, Longueuil, Laval, Quebec City, Gatineau, and Boucherville police. CRC Technology was used in the majority of these cases, helping law enforcement identify and arrest predators.
