Investigators say Turner exchanged thousands of messages, media files, and calls as he paid for and coordinated the abuse of young victims, including a 12-year-old girl. The case originated from an international investigation led by Homeland Security Investigations Maryland, exposing the growing trend of online offenders exploiting technology to target and direct harm toward children abroad.
