Federal Police make child abuse arrest

Law enforcement in Brazil continue to take the fight to those who have an illegal sexual interest in children.
This latest arrest in the city of São Paulo was made following use of CRC Technology to locate and identify an offender who was trading images and videos of children being sexually assaulted.
A judicially authorized search warrant was executed resulting in the arrest of a male suspect who was taken into custody. If convicted, he faces jail time of up to 4 years for possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and up to 6 years for distribution.
