In 2009 it became clear that Marcel Jeninga’s daughter was abused by neighbor Geert B. That abuse started when she was a baby. Marcel’s daughter was 3 years old when it became clear what was done to her. He found the abuser was using tips from a pedo handbook to not only abuse his daughter but other children.

In some parts of the world a pedophile handbook, like the one Marcel found, are not banned and can be found in areas of the internet. CRC has came across handbooks such as these where predators get tips and tricks from this type of content content to sexually abuse children.

“I managed to get the handbook banned in Germany, we now live in that country. I have been to Austria, where there is now a ban, in Belgium too.” A European ban is also being worked on, but now the time has come in the Netherlands.
