CRC Technology Backed Investigation Sends West Valley Man to Prison for CSAM

  • September 11, 2019

A West Valley man has been sentenced to 11 years in prison after pleading guilty to distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) online—a case in which CRC Technology played a key role in identifying the suspect.

The Arizona Attorney General’s Office announced that 37-year-old Alan Dain Rodriguez admitted to searching for, downloading, and viewing CSAM. In July, he pleaded guilty to two felony charges, including one involving an image of a child believed to be under five years old.

Rodriguez was identified through a cyber investigation supported by CRC Technology. That digital evidence ultimately led to his arrest and successful prosecution.

The case highlights the importance of CRC Technology and interagency cooperation in identifying offenders and protecting vulnerable children.

Every day, CRC Technology helps law enforcement identify and arrest predators like Alan Dain Rodriguez. But we can’t do it without your support.
