CRC Technology Assists Law Enforcement in Stopping Livestream Child Abuse

  • December 17, 2025

A man from East Württemberg has been arrested for orchestrating and controlling the sexual abuse of children in the Philippines via livestream. Authorities say he commissioned serious acts of abuse, directed them according to his instructions, and followed the assaults in real-time online. He is currently in pre-trial detention, according to the Cybercrime Center Baden-Württemberg.

Investigators traced the suspect after authorities in the Philippines dismantled a pedocriminal network. The accused in that network had offered live broadcasts of sexual abuse against children for a fee. During the investigation, special police forces searched the suspect’s apartment and seized multiple devices, including mobile phones and laptops. Five children, aged 2 to 13, were rescued.

This case was supported by the use of CRC Technology, which provided assistance in identifying the suspect and connecting him to the live-streamed abuse. Child Rescue Coalition remains committed to providing law enforcement with the tools necessary to detect and stop these crimes, ensuring accountability for those who exploit children.
