Child Rescue Coalition Partners with UNODC to Train Law Enforcement in Trinidad and Tobago

  • November 22, 2024

In collaboration with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) through the Global Cybercrime Programme, Child Rescue Coalition conducted a CRC technology training in Trinidad and Tobago from November 13–15, 2024. This training brought together 21 law enforcement officers and prosecutors from federal, state, and local agencies across the country.

The specialized training of CRC technology was led by CRC’s Director of Training, Jay Houston.

The collaboration between the Child Rescue Coalition, UNODC, and Trinidad and Tobago’s law enforcement reflects a shared commitment to strengthening the country’s capacity to address the growing threat of online child sexual abuse and exploitation.

This training is part of CRC’s efforts to enhance the ability of law enforcement agencies worldwide to further protect children and prosecute predators.
