An Update from Child Rescue Coalition on Operations During COVID-19

  • March 17, 2020

We’re staying safe while still working to keep kids safe.

I wanted to take a few moments to update all of you on what measures Child Rescue Coalition is taking amidst this global COVID-19 pandemic. For the time being, we have closed our offices and our staff is working remotely. This does not mean we aren’t continuing our fight to protect the innocent. The good news is that we work in a technological world so we’re able to be working during this crisis.

We have also made the difficult decision to postpone all in-person gatherings and events now through May. While Child Rescue Coalition so looks forward to these events each year, the safety and well-being of our supporters, sponsors, volunteers, and vendors is our sole priority at this time. We are working to reschedule these events within the next six months, so stay tuned to our social media and our newsletter for updates soon!

We want to thank all of our supporters and sponsors that have stood behind us as we postpone our events: TransUnion, Wells Fargo, Campbell Creative, Not My Mama’s, Gunster, Vegso Family Foundation, University of Miami, Gunther Volvo, Bark Technologies, Magara Ventures, Braman Motorcars, Kaluz Restaurant, Spodak Dental Group, Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital, Posh Properties, A.A.M. Development, Simplitfy, The Blonde Balloon, Luxbii, Opal Grand Oceanfront Resort & Spa and United Talent Agency.

While we all navigate this trying time, we know that everyone is making difficult decisions every day. As a non-profit, your generous donations are what fuels our efforts to train law enforcement across the world and continue to save children from predators. When the time is right, if you can help, we are appreciative of any support you can continue to give our mission.

We hope that you all find some comfort knowing that no matter what happens with this pandemic, we will not stop working for children who do not have a voice.

We wish you all health and wellness now and always, and can’t wait to see you all again soon!
