- May 14, 2025
In a major operation against child sexual abuse and exploitation, the Federal Police executed 127 search warrants and made 26 arrests across Brazil, including in Pará. The Operation, Integral Protection II, involved over 600 officers and followed the first phase in March 2025.
Law enforcement used CRC Technology to identify and arrest the predators. In Pará, three warrants were carried out and one in Marapanim resulted in an arrest for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Additional actions took place in Altamira, Gurupá, Marabá, and Belém, where the Civil Police also made an arrest.
From January to April 2025, the Federal Police arrested 612 individuals linked to child sexual abuse and exploitation.
