CRC Technology Supports National Day Action Against Child Sexual Violence in Brazil

  • May 16, 2025

On May 16, the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Rio Grande do Norte (MPRN) launched four coordinated operations—Archanjos XIV to XVII—targeting the sharing, storage, and possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM). The actions took place in Parnamirim, Natal, Extremoz, and Tibau do Sul.

With crucial support from CRC Technology, law enforcement was able to identify suspects and execute search and seizure warrants. One man was found with CSAM on his computer in Tibau do Sul and taken into custody.

Electronic devices including computers, phones, and storage media were seized and will be analyzed by Gaeco/MPRN’s forensic lab. The operations were part of a national effort marking May 18, Brazil’s day to combat child and youth sexual violence.

CRC Technology helped identify a CSAM suspect in Brazil but the work doesn’t stop there. Join us in protecting children worldwide.
