A Clayton resident is in police custody having been investigated in relation to the distribution of child sexual abuse material. Some of the horrific material involved the abuse of innocent victims as young as 3 years old. Matthew Harlen Coats was identified as part of an enquiry where investigators utilized our technology to help uncover his activities. Police then moved in to make their arrest on July 8th. Coats faces various charges relating to the exploitation of children and now presents a reduced risk to his community.
