A Williston man faces up to five years in prison after special agents say they found child pornography on his laptop.
Forty-four files containing children identified in the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children database were recovered, according to the North Dakota Bureau of Investigations.
Special agents say 39-year-old Glen Fredrick Ludwig had pictures and videos of children as young as 4 year old on his computer. Court documents show Ludwig is charged with possession of certain materials prohibited, a Class C felony.
He has a bond hearing Thursday, and a preliminary hearing on October 10.
