A 49-year-old Regina man is facing charges related to child exploitation after an investigation by the Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit while using CRC technology.

On September 5, 2024, officers executed a search warrant at a residence in Regina. During the search, electronic devices were seized and examined as part of the ongoing investigation. As a result, Andrew Downing was charged with child exploitation-related offenses that day.
