A far-reaching investigation led by the Port St. Lucie Police Department (PSLPD) has resulted in the arrest of an international offender and the rescue of a young girl who was allegedly being sexually abused. The case began in mid-summer 2025 when detectives with the PSLPD Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit identified a suspect seeking to exchange child sexual abuse material and connect with other offenders online.
