40 more officers trained to investigate child sexual abuse

Between March 21-25, 2022, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Brasilia, in partnership with Child Rescue Coalition (CRC), with the support of the Brazilian Federal Police, delivered a full CRC Technology training event for 40 Brazilian Law Enforcement representatives in Brasília.
A total of 40 students, representatives of 24 states of Brazil to include, 18 agents, 16 chief investigators, 4 notaries, 1 fingerprint analyst and 1 forensic analyst were trained.
29 are from the Civil Police, 10 from the Federal Police and one from HSI Brasilia.

Already these officers have begun investigations into those trading child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in Brazil.
Those with an illegal sexual interest in children should know that they will be brought to justice.
