  • February 16, 2024

Utilizing CRC technology, law enforcement with the Toronto Police Service Internet Child Exploitation Section was able to identify and arrest a dangerous predator that was in possession of child sexual abuse material and accused of luring children on social media. On January 11th, the team executed the Criminal Code search warrant and arrested 44-year-old Neil Khan of Richmond Hill. After further investigation, Khan was charged with “three counts luring a child,” “making child pornography,” and “making sexually explicit materials available to a child.” Law enforcement believes there may be more victims and urges the Toronto community to contact police with any information.
