Joseph Daniel Zoll, 63, from Sanford, Maine, was sentenced to 25 years in prison for the production and distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM). For around two years, Zoll communicated with a trafficker in the Philippines and paid him to sexually abuse a prepubescent minor over a live-streaming video chat platform. Zoll engaged in similar activity with several other individuals in the Philippines over the same platform. He would record the live-streaming video calls and show them to other individuals when instructing them to sexually abuse children during their own calls.
