Two Delray Beach women were arrested this week on child neglect charges, after a toddler in their care was found with serious injuries of sexual abuse.

According to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office arrest report, they were linked to an even bigger case involving federal agents investigating child sexual abuse material.

“What we’re seeing is the age of the children is getting even younger,” explained Pounder. “The level of criminality, the physical abuse that’s taken place against these children, is becoming more violent.” – Glen Pounder
