Carly Yoost, Founder and Chairman of the Board Continues to Shape the Future of Child Rescue Coalition


BOCA RATON, Fla., December 11, 2023 – Child Rescue Coalition (CRC), a leading nonprofit dedicated to protecting children from sexual abuse, announces the appointment of Michael Donlan as their new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This significant move reflects the organization’s unwavering commitment to child protection and marks a pivotal chapter in CRC’s impactful journey.

Michael Donlan brings an impressive background in technology and leadership to CRC. His distinguished career includes senior executive roles at renowned companies such as Apple, Microsoft, and Oracle. It was a unanimous decision among the board and leadership that Michael’s extensive leadership experience and a brilliant technical mind made him the perfect choice to lead Child Rescue Coalition into the future as CEO.

Under Michael Donlan’s leadership, CRC stands at a pivotal moment of growth, with numerous opportunities on the horizon. These opportunities include increasing law enforcement collaborations, new technology offerings, and a greater global impact. Michael Donlan reaffirms that the fight against child sexual abuse is evolving, and CRC is committed to growing and tackling the challenge.

As part of this transition, CRC reiterates Yoost’s pivotal role as the Founder, ensuring continuity and dedication in the fight against child exploitation.

Over the last decade, CRC achieved an average of two to three predator arrests per day, totaling more than 14,800 arrests. Yoost emphasizes the collective effort to protect children, stating, “It takes an army of people to make an impact.” Yoost worked with her to team to unify law enforcement, donors, technologists, survivors, private companies, and dedicated individuals, creating a true coalition.
Throughout her 10-year journey with CRC, Yoost showed commitment by never taking a salary. She remains dedicated to seeing CRC flourish, believing that Donlan is the right person to amplify the nonprofit’s global impact.

“I am so proud of the impact we’ve made over the last 10 years and can’t wait to see what the next 10 years hold,” said Yoost.

Donlan adds, “I don’t view this as Carly leaving the organization, I am joining the journey. It’s more of ‘1 plus 1 equals 5’.”
